The 6-Step Repair Process
1. Receive Instructions
Fill in the form. We will email you a booking reference and secure packaging guide.
2. Post Your Watch
Send your watch (wrapped securely, without the original box) via Royal Mail Special Delivery for fully insured peace of mind.
3. Inspection & Quote
We inspect your watch upon arrival and call you with a fixed-price quote for the work.
4. Approval
We only start work when you say yes. If you decline, we simply return the watch for a £15 postage fee.
5. Payment
Once the repair and quality control checks are complete, we email an invoice for Bank Transfer or card payment using Stripe.
6. Secure Return
Your watch is posted back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm).
Our “No Surprises” Policy
We believe in total transparency. The assessment and the time taken to diagnose your watch are 100% Free.
However, we do charge a flat fee of £15.00 to cover the cost of the insured return postage and administrative handling.
- If you proceed with the repair: This £15 is absorbed into the final repair cost.
- If you decline the repair: You simply pay the £15 fee to cover the secure return postage, and we send your watch straight back to you.

Booking FAQs
No. You do not pay anything until the work is complete (or until you decide to have the watch returned without repair).
No. Please keep your original presentation box at home. These are heavy to post and can be damaged in transit. Please wrap the watch head securely in bubble wrap and place it in a small, sturdy cardboard box or plastic container.
Once your watch arrives at our Lancashire workshop, we aim to inspect it and email you your quote within 48 hours.
Royal Mail Special Delivery covers up to £750 as standard. You can increase this cover up to £2,500, £10,000 or £20,000 for an additional fee at the Post Office counter.
Absolutely. If you are local to Lancashire, you are welcome to visit our retail store at Cedar Farm (Tues-Sat) to drop your watch off personally. No appointment is needed for drop-offs.
